Evans Gyakye
Evans Gyakye – Chief Operating Officer
Evans is an experienced nonprofit leader and the Chief Operating Officer of Leaps and Heights Foundation. He drives the foundation’s mission of advancing sustainability education, training, and advocacy. Prior to joining Leaps and Heights Foundation, Evans served as the programme director at the Ghana ICT Skills Hub (GISH) Foundation, where he was at the forefront of promoting sustainability literacy across Ghana.
His efforts helped raise aware-ness and foster a deeper under-standing of sustainability practices among students and organizations within Ghana. With more than five years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Evans has earned a reputation for his strategic vision, operational efficiency, and passion for social impact.
He also spent two years working in office management at the UK Ghana Chamber of Commerce (UKGCC) at the British High Commission in Ghana, where he contributed to trade missions and the smooth running of business operations, gaining valuable experience in international relations and business management. Evans holds a degree in Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
